Private pool (approximately 16 x 35) is heated 3/1-5/30 and 9/1-11/1 if air temp is not below 55F. WIFI. Sundecks. Enclosed outside shower. Pier, floating dock and boat ramp on Oyster Cove. Beach access with walkway directly across the street. 1 double and 1 single bed are a Captains bunk. No motorcycles or golf carts allowed inside Inlet Harbour. Approximate square footage 3800. Gas grill. 2 full-size refrigerators. Please no smoking, pets or more than 16 occupants.

'Inlet Sunset was very nice.I liked the gated community access,in my 35+ years of visiting the MB area,as a young man and now older,I have really grown tired of the local riff-raff,and bus loads of raucous idiots who stay on the main Strand.This community was void of that.That said we enjoyed the fishing,both on the inlet and in the Atlantic.The pool was absolutely wonderful,and the putting greens provided a very fun side activity.The house was clean and mondern.We had a mixture of 2 families,15 total,and every person said they had a wonderful week.The cons:The Master bedroom is gigantic,in my opinion,a waste of valuable rental space.The kitchen was smallish for a large rental,and the refrigerator was absolutely too small for storing food for such a large group.A third of the MBDR used for the kitchen area would have been ideal.Might need a second fridge.However I loved the house,the area,the view,and I shall return,maybe with a smaller group.Thanks for renting your lovely home to us. '
