Maritime Place is located 0.3 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Horry County. This complex offers both oceanfront and ocean view units. There is no elevator at Maritime Place. From Easter to November 1, go for a swim in the outdoor oceanside pool. Relax in the outdoor hot tub, which is open March 1 to November 1. Stay connected with Maritime Place’s complimentary Wi-Fi. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.

Had a great time, nice clean unit. Great balcony view. My only suggestion would be to spend a $100.00 and get a new toaster, one heating element is not working, and a new microwave, rusty, noisy, and low power. Despite that, we would definitely come back
