Halcyon = happy and peaceful! Spend your lazy vacation days in this 7 bedroom, 6.5 bath home located just across the street from the sandy shores of Garden City Beach. Enjoy the ocean breeze, smell the salt in the air, and feel the sand under your toes. Halcyon features three covered porches and rocking chairs provide extra relaxation. Go swimming in the private pool or soak up the sun in one of the many loungers around the pool deck. Who’s up for a barbeque, Halcyon is equipped with an outdoor gas grill.

With recent interior upgrades and approximately 3500 square feet, Halcyon will comfortably accommodate you and up to 21 of your family and friends! Indoor amenities include flat screen TV’s in every bedroom, wall mounted hair dryers in the bathrooms, stainless appliances, 2 refrigerators and 2 washers/dryers for added convenience. Sorry, no smoking and no pets allowed.

'We had a wonderful week at this beautiful home. There were 19 of us ages 2 to 76 each had their own space. Walk to the pier and a walk across the street to the beach. We liked it so much we are planning to come back next year!!! It was so nice to have the 2 washers and dryers and 2 refrigerators could not ask for more!!!! '
