We have been vacationing at the beach for years. As a family, this was our first experience renting a home. It well exceeded our expectations. The house is well laid out and plenty of room. It is very close to the beach. Great yard for outside games. The pool is nice. We would definitely rent this home again!!!

We have been vacationing in the Myrtle Beach area since 1988 and Carolina Breeze was by far the best place we have ever stayed at. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing week. Thanks to Dunes Realty Vacation Rentals and the Owners of this beautiful house for an absolutely wonderful vacation. We will definitely be coming back here next year.

We loved the house. Very big and room for our group of 11. Very well stocked kitchen. Dunes Realty was very quick to get us checked in. Our only complaint is the pool. We specifically rented our own house with a private pool this year due to coronavirus. We normally rent at a resort. I had To call several times this week beginning at arrival for the dirt/debris on bottom of pool and floating throughout the water. The pool company said the problem was the trees and a clogged filter. I agree The trees are a problem the one half of the patio was covered and it blew Into Pool. But there is clearly a problem with the filter. At one point the pool was green. Water was shocked and cleared up but by Thursday we could not even swim there was so much stuff floating in the water it was gross. Hopefully this problem can be fixed for the next tenants and they can enjoy the private pool that we weren’t able to enjoy.

Our group of 11 had a wonderful vacation at this house. It accommodated our group very well, each bedroom having it’s own bathroom was great. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped for cooking meals. The furniture was comfortable to sit on, something I have found lacking in other houses we have rented. The location is great, the beach access is right across from the house. It truly is just steps to the beach. We loved hanging out at the pool after time on the beach. Also the property easily accommodated 4 vehicles and two golf carts! The only negative was the mattresses were a bit broken down and uncomfortable, and the sheets were so scratchy. This seemed to be everyone’s only complaint about the house.

'Beautiful house lots of space nice having the beach right across the street. Huge garage fits 3 cars 2 garage doors were handy.Porches and pool were great. The upstairs back bedroom needs new matresses very uncomfortable otherwise everythng was great.'
