The Hickman family welcomes you to create priceless vacation memories in their home! This oceanfront residence offers character and comfort to make your Surfside Beach trip spectacular. All baths have walk-in showers (no tubs). Enjoy watching sunrises with your morning coffee, listening to the soothing sounds of the waving crashing and relaxing in your favorite rocking chair with the ocean breeze in your face. 'This house is very accommodating for our family. We have already booked for the same week next year. I can highly recommend this as a great family rental. Thanks to the owners for keeping the house in great shape. Landscaping needs a little work, but beyond that no complaints.'

'Nice, well maintained ocean front home. Our fourth year staying in this house, and we have already reserved it again for next year. Our 10th year renting from Dunes Realty, and we have always been treated courteously and all of their employees have gone out of their way to meet all of our vacation needs.'

'This house was perfect in every sense of the word. The beds are so comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need. The decorations were beautiful. Our family never needed anything while staying here. We were comfortable the entire week. This house felt like home. We would stay here again for sure and we highly recommend this house especially for large families. Thank Hickmans and Dunes realty for a wonderful home!'

'We just returned from our first stay in this house. We love the Surfside area and hope to come back. We would definitely stay at this house again. We had a group of 14 and the house was perfect. Some of the photos do not do the house justice. The upstairs bedrooms are larger than most other rentals we have seen. This is the only house where you can actually see the ocean from inside the living room. The back deck was amazing - it was large enough and had plenty of rocking chairs. There is plenty of parking - you could probably accomodate 6-7 cars.<br />

The family has decorated the house very nicely and furnished games, books, dvds, and even binoculars for guest's use.<br />

We will definitely rent from Dunes again and will stay at the Hickman House again.<br />

'This is a beautiful home with an amazing location. You can tell how much the family cares for the home - the way they take care of renters makes you want to take equal care of their beautiful home. We vacationed last week at the Hickman house and we could not have asked for more. '
