Bring your corn-hole game and any other fun activities that you want to do without being in the sun! Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed.

Holiday House is a second-row complex located 3.3 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Surfside Beach. This two-story quad-plex is conveniently located across the street from a public beach access. Grab your beach gear and take a short walk and watch a sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean, look for seashells, or go for a swim! There is no elevator and no pool access. Parking is in the rear (not streetside), assigned and two permits are issued to each unit. Sorry, motorcycles, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not allowed.
