Downstairs only. Creek side bedrooms have direct access to a covered porch with inlet views. WIFI. Enjoy the panoramic views of the inlet sunsets from the inlet side covered porch and patio. There is also a street side covered porch. The exterior of the home also features a semi-private pool, pier with a sitting area, floating dock, boat ramp, outside shower and a gas grill. The owner sometimes uses the upstairs. The yard area is nicely landscaped and the pool area is fenced. No smoking or pets allowed.
