Surfwatch III provides oceanfront accommodations in Surfside Beach with an ocean side pool, outside grill, ground level elevator and beautifully landscaped grounds. #105 is a spacious and airy 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with an open kitchen/living/dining area that makes for fun family and friend gatherings. Watch the sun rise from your balcony and have your toes in the sand in minutes. Conveniently located near area attractions, dining, shopping and more.

Surfwatch III is located 3.3 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Surfside Beach. This four-story complex offers oceanfront units to take in all the sights and sounds of life at the beach. Enjoy watching the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean from your private balcony. There is also an elevator at Surfwatch III to help tote your luggage and beach items. Go for a swim in the oceanside outdoor pool (open Easter/April 1 to October 1) or take a short walk to the beach and feel the sand beneath your feet. Dine in and barbeque at the complex grilling area or dine out at one of several local restaurants. Two parking permits are issued per condo unit. There is some covered parking with a clearance of 7’1”. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, trailers, recreational vehicles, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.

'We are just back from our vacation. This was the first time staying in this unit though we have stayed in this building before. The elevator is a huge bonus. This condo is very clean, tastefully decorated, well maintained and sufficiently equipped w/all the utensils required to prepare those easy beach meals we enjoy. The view from the balcony is fantastic. We would definitely recommend this unit to others and return ourselves. '
