Description

Take "Time Out" to smell the salty air! Relax and recharge with your family and friends at this oceanfront Garden City Beach vacation home. With approximately 3,200 square feet, you will enjoy the convenience of having 2 fully equipped kitchens plus 2 living areas which provide the spaces to gather and spread out. Step outside on one of the 2 covered porches and watch the blue Atlantic Ocean from your favorite rocking chair. With a private walkway to the beach, you'll have your toes in the sand in minutes. After long days on the beach, rinse off in the enclosed outside showers and retreat to the private pool. Pool is salt water (approximately 9ft x 28ft) and heated 3/1-5/30 and 9/1-11/1 if air temp is not below 55F. Everyone needs to take Time Out to enjoy a great beach vacation. Sorry, no smoking and no pets allowed.
