Description

Interior renovations for 2022: all new flooring, new living room furniture upstairs and downstairs, complete kitchen make-over with new cabinets, counter tops and appliances as well as bathroom renovations. 

Character, cuteness and comfort is what you'll get when your family vacations at ON VACAY (Formerly Grantham Ocean Front) in Garden City Beach, SC. A direct oceanfront expansive porch offers all things coastal. Watch the sun rise, feel the ocean breeze and breath in the therapeutic salty air. A private dune walkover makes for easy wide beach access. Premier location + all the comforts of home = priceless vacation memories! Relax around and have hours of fun in the private pool (approximate dimensions 15' x 30', located on the ocean side of the house and heated 3/1-5/30 and 9/1-11/1 if air temp is not below 55F) and stand alone hot tub under house. Sorry, no smoking and no pets allowed. No floor plan available. Please do not drive or park on grass. Irrigation system will puncture tires!

Grantham Oceanfront is a great house for a family vacation. We had small children, so the kiddie pool within the larger pool was perfect for us. The adults enjoyed the hot tub and gas grill. All of the beds are comfortable, and the bedrooms are spacious. There are 2 living areas, so there is plenty of room to spread out. Gulfstream Cafe is a 5 minute walk from the house. The beach was not crowded in this area of the beach.
