Style, comfort and luxury all wrapped into one fabulous oceanfront Garden City Beach vacation home located at 1347 South Waccamaw Drive. Water Music offers spaces to gather and room to spread out for creating priceless memories with your family and friends. With approximately 5230 square feet, this home comfortably accommodates 24 with 8 bedrooms (4 bedrooms are oceanfront!). Each bedroom has their own private bathroom, plus there’s an extra half bathroom downstairs. 

8 Bedrooms: 5 up, 3 down | 8.5 Baths: 5 up, 3.5 down | Beds: 3 kings, 2 queens, 3 singles, 1 single trundle up; 1 king, 4 queens down

Double the fun and convenience at Water Music with 2 covered porches, 2 living areas, 2 dining tables, 2 refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, coffee makers, Keurigs, and 2 sets of washer/dryers. The upstairs living area has Foosball and Air Hockey tables for kids of all ages! 

Go swimming in Water Music’s private pool, approximately 15ft x 30ft. From March 1st - June 1st and September 1st - November 1st the pool is heated if the air temp is not below 55 degrees Fahrenheit. Relax in the hot tub or lounge around the pool and soak up the sun. Water Music has a private wooden walkway leading down to the sandy shores of Garden City Beach. Head down to the beach and search for seashells or swim in the surf. After a day at the beach, be sure to rinse the sand off; there are two outside showers (1 on the walkway and 1 enclosed under the home). A gas grill and picnic tables allow for easy outdoor dining. Enjoy life at the beach when you vacation at Water Music! Sorry, no smoking and no pets allowed.

'Our original vacation home was damaged by Dorien and without a hiccup Dunes upgraded us to this gorgeous home! We fell in love with everything about it. Very roomy, beautifully decorated, kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook with and even a cabinet full of spices for us to use! We loved that there was actually 4 bedrooms with an ocean front view so we didn't have to decide who would get to wake up and look at the ocean from their bed each morning, we all could! Would love to stay here again in the future. If i had one request, I'd love to see some full length mirrors in the house for us ladies!'

'What an amazing vacation home. We had a family reunion with 15 people and it was perfect. The house is gorgeous and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. My only complaint is that the cooktop seems out of place in such a high end rental. The pool is beautiful! We arrived after several days of rain so the pool was too cold for the little ones and gat grandma. We needed the heat turned on, and the rental company responded quickly. It's clean, beautiful and worth every penny! We'll be back next year! :) '

'This property is well designed, beautifully decorated and the kitchen is superbly supplied. We used the kitchen for at least two meals every day, and the only item I could have used was an electric skillet. My family commented that this home was their favorite - after over ten years of spending at least a week at Garden City - usually booking through Dunes Realty. We are hoping to use it next summer - perhaps two weeks later in June.'
